To register, the user must be of legal age and provide true data. The service delivery is digital via email confirmation and portal access.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed exclusively in US Dollars (USD). We accept credit/debit cards via Culqi and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely.

4. Data Protection

We comply with Law No. 29733. Your data is used for event management and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Applicable Legislation

This document is governed by Peruvian law. Any controversy will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Puno, Peru.

Refunds

1. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation requests via email to :email:

• Until September 30: 80% refund.
• Until September 15: 50% refund.
• From October 16: No refund.

2. Refund Times

Card refunds via Culqi are processed in 5-7 internal days, but may take between 15 to 30 business days to be reflected in your bank.

3. Changes

Registration transfers to other colleagues are allowed until September 15, 2026, at no cost.
