Process of Participation
Step by Step

Once your account is created, log in with your email and password. You will be automatically redirected to your User Dashboard, from where you can manage your entire registration and abstract process.

In the registration form, choose the category that corresponds to your profile. Depending on your selection, the system will request a supporting document in PDF format. You must also indicate your food preferences for the event (Red Meat, White Meat, Fish, or Vegetarian) directly in this form.

El pago no es obligatorio antes del evento. Puedes realizarlo también de manera física el primer día del evento. Si prefieres pagarlo online, dirígete a la sección "Payments" de tu Panel de Usuario y revisa la tarifa correspondiente según tu categoría y la fecha en que realizas el pago.

Your registration to the platform is immediate and requires no approval. What the verifying committee reviews and approves are the payments (and uploaded documents if you pay by transfer). The process takes between 24 and 72 business hours. You will receive notifications on your dashboard.

Congratulations! Once your payment is validated, you will earn the right to participate in the ONTA event. In your dashboard, you will be able to view your access credentials for the event. Now you can proceed to submit your scientific abstracts if you wish to present papers.

Usa la plantilla descargada para redactar tu resumen. Asegúrate de:
• Respetar el límite de 300 palabras (sin contar título y afiliaciones).
• Indicar correctamente el área temática (Taxonomía, Control Biológico, etc.).
• Incluir todos los autores y su afiliación institucional.
• Nota: No debes elegir si es Oral o Póster; el comité te asignará la modalidad.

Log into your account, go to the User Dashboard and click on the "My Abstracts" section. Then click the "Submit New Abstract" button to open the registration form.

Fill out the form with the paper title, authors, and thematic area. Then attach the abstract file and click "Submit". (Remember you do not select the presentation modality).

The scientific committee will assign peer reviewers to review your abstract. The paper will only be accepted or rejected. If accepted, the committee will define the presentation modality (Oral or Poster) based on the impact of your research project and reviewer comments.
