Create your account on the platform

Free · 5 minutes

Go to the registration portal and click on "Create account". You must enter your full name, email (preferably institutional), institution, and a secure password. The form also asks for personal and professional data and features reCAPTCHA protection. This account will serve to manage your registration, payments, and abstracts.

Log in and access your dashboard

Access to personal Dashboard

Once your account is created, log in with your email and password. You will be automatically redirected to your User Dashboard, from where you can manage your entire registration and abstract process.

Select category and upload documents

Varies according to your participant profile

In the registration form, choose the category that corresponds to your profile. Depending on your selection, the system will request a supporting document in PDF format. You must also indicate your food preferences for the event (Red Meat, White Meat, Fish, or Vegetarian) directly in this form.

Make payment (optional before event)

You can pay online or in person on the first day of the event

El pago no es obligatorio antes del evento. Puedes realizarlo también de manera física el primer día del evento. Si prefieres pagarlo online, dirígete a la sección "Payments" de tu Panel de Usuario y revisa la tarifa correspondiente según tu categoría y la fecha en que realizas el pago.

Online methods: BCP (Bank Transfer) Credit/Debit Card (Culqi)
Para transferencia BCP, sube el voucher de pago en formato imagen o PDF en la sección "Payments" de tu panel para que el comité pueda verificarlo.
The rate varies according to your participant category and the date you make the payment. Verify the correct rate from your dashboard before paying.

Esperar validación del Payment (Si aplica)

The committee approves payments, not registrations

Your registration to the platform is immediate and requires no approval. What the verifying committee reviews and approves are the payments (and uploaded documents if you pay by transfer). The process takes between 24 and 72 business hours. You will receive notifications on your dashboard.

Possible statuses: Approved Pending Observed
Constantly check the "Notifications" section on your dashboard. Any changes, observations, or confirmations about your registration or abstracts will arrive there in real time.

¡Payment Approved y Acceso al Evento!

Get your access credentials

Congratulations! Once your payment is validated, you will earn the right to participate in the ONTA event. In your dashboard, you will be able to view your access credentials for the event. Now you can proceed to submit your scientific abstracts if you wish to present papers.

Tu estado de pago cambiará a "Approved" en tu panel y tus credenciales estarán habilitadas. ¡Ya tienes acceso completo al evento!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it mandatory to pay before the event?
No. El pago puede realizarse en cualquier momento, incluso de manera física el primer día del evento. Si deseas pagarlo antes, hazlo desde la sección "Payments" de tu Panel de Usuario.
How many abstracts can I submit?
You can only submit one abstract per user account. Make sure you check your work carefully before submitting.
How do I know if there is an issue with my registration or abstract?
You will receive notifications in the "Notifications" section of your User Dashboard. Any issue, observation, or approval related to your registration or abstract will be communicated there.
Where do I indicate my food preference?
Food preferences (Red Meat, White Meat, Fish, or Vegetarian) are indicated directly in the registration form, not in the payment process.
In what languages can I present my abstract?
Abstracts can be presented in Spanish, English, or Portuguese, the three official languages of the ONTA 2026 event.
